You will be required to make the full payment for your selected equipment upfront when you place your order. Rest assured, your payment will be securely held by Crystal Dealership until you receive the item and have a 5-day inspection period to decide if you want to keep it.

Once you receive the item, you’ll have 10 days to thoroughly inspect it and ensure it meets your expectations. If you decide not to keep the vehicle during this time, you can return it at our expense, and you will receive a full refund.

To initiate a return within the 10-day inspection period, simply contact our customer support team. We will arrange for the item to be picked up at no cost to you, and you will receive a full refund once the item is returned in its original condition.

No, returning the item within the 10-day inspection period is completely free of charge. We will cover the cost of pickup and ensure a hassle-free return process.

Once the returned item is picked up, we will promptly process your refund, and you can expect to receive it within 24 hours.

We do our own trucking, and because of our large trailers, we are able to ship other items for 3rd parties along with yours, which enables us to provide a 80 cents/mile shipping fee. The shipping branch basically allows us to offer competitive shipping rates.
